At Venture Kids we offer a safe, fun, and age-appropriate environment for kids to learn about God’s love for them. Our mission every Sunday is to create an atmosphere where your kids can have fun and grow more in their relationship with Jesus.

FIRST TIME VISITING?
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to service on your first visit. This will help you and your child have the best experience. You'll get to take your time checking in your child, have time to grab some coffee, and enjoy a stress free worship experience.
Upon arriving at Venture Kids walk over to our designated check-in booth or ask one of our friendly volunteers and they'll walk you over. We will meet your family and help you walk through the check-in process. Once your family is checked in, one of our volunteers will be happy to show you the age appropriate room we have created for your child.
When checking in for the first time we will ask for the following personal information: family member’s names, children’s names and birth dates, family address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.
You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the nametag portion of your matching identification tags, it has a code that is matched to your portion during checkout at the end of the service. During checkout, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
You can also choose to pre-register your child online before your first visit.

NEXT STEPS WITH JESUS
This is an exciting time in a kid’s life. They’re starting to ask questions about their faith. They’re wondering about God and His love for them. They may be asking a lot of questions about Jesus - we hope this guide will be a useful tool to walk your child through next steps with Jesus.
What is MOVE UP SUNDAY?
It’s the Sunday we move kids up to their grade appropriate class, based on the grade their moving up in school this fall.
What are the grade levels?
BIRTH - 2 YRS OLD : COURAGEOUS KIDS
3 YEARS - TK (PRE-K) : BOLD KIDS
KINDER - 1ST GRADE : AUDACIOUS KIDS
2ND-3RD GRADES : BRAVE KIDS
4TH-5TH GRADES: FEARLESS KIDS
What if my child doesn’t want to go to a new class?
We encourage you to talk to them about the transition. We want them to grasp the message at their level of comprehension, while having fun with age appropriate games, and engaging with kids in their age group. You are welcome to linger until they are comfortable to stay, however, know that our leaders are equipped and prepared to welcome them - with the awareness that some kids are walking in to new spaces. We can notify you if your child needs you. We expect they’ll have a great time and be excited of their move up!
Do I need to do anything different at check in?
No. The check-in system is ready for you to check in as usual. Your sticker will have the change if the move-up applies to your child. Please talk to one of our volunteers should you need help or have questions.
What if my child is going into 6th grade?
That’s so exciting! That means you now have a Venture Student (6th-12 grade). You will not be checking your child in to V Kids. Our student leaders want to meet you and your student - go by the check-in lobby to grab a gift as our V Student leaders welcome them in to V Students!
