We know walking into a church for the first time can be strange, so we’re intentional about ensuring you have an experience where you will feel welcomed - because YOU BELONG! Come and enjoy some coffee on us before service and meet some new faces. Whether you grew up in church, exploring faith, or new to this whole “church” thing. Come experience Venture Church for yourself.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
WELCOME.
When you come to Venture on a Sunday, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our greeters, who are there to serve you. After picking up your free coffee, you are welcome to drop off your kids at Venture Kids, where they’ll have a blast with our trained volunteers. You'll then head to the auditorium for 60-70 minutes that could really change your life. You’ll hear upbeat music and an inspiring and practical message.
VENTURE KIDS
At Venture Kids we offer a safe, fun, and age-appropriate environment for kids to learn about God’s love for them. Our mission every Sunday is to create an atmosphere where your kids can have fun and grow more in their relationship with Jesus.

What Are Services Like?
Our services are typically 60-70min long. They’re friendly, encouraging and full of hope. We promise to honor your time. We know it's valuable!
Where Should I Park?
There’s parking next to the building, you’ll see some of our greeters directing you there. You may also park along Church Street or across the street at Salinas City Library.
What Should I wear?
There is no dress code when coming to Venture. Feel free to dress casual. Come in what's comfortable to you. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your time while you're here.
Do I need to RSVP?
RSVP’s are no longer necessary, we do suggest you pre-register you kids into our kids check-in system so that you may have a quick check in and move into the service on Sunday.
Do Students Meet on Sundays?
Our Sunday experience is one that both students and adults will enjoy. Venture Students are part of our Sunday experiences. V Students have their own meet-ups twice a month.
What’s the Vibe Like?
You're family already! We are Jesus people, not religious people. We serve free coffee. We like really good conversations. Hugging is optional. We like you the way you are!
